The Samvardhana Neurologically Diverse Minds Foundation ("SOUND" or "the Foundation") is classified unconditionally as an intermediary pursuant to Section 2(1)(w) and Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. The Foundation supplies an electronic directory comprising third-party clinical, legal, and educational practitioner credentials. SOUND executes zero administrative, medical, clinical, or diagnostic oversight over the entities listed. The inclusion of any practitioner on this directory does not constitute a warranty, referral, accreditation, or validation of qualitative professional capability.
By accessing or using the platform SOUND (www.sound.ngo), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
