Credential verification
Our team cross-references every credential against public statutory registries — NMC, RCI, and state medical councils — not just self-reported data. We may contact you with follow-up questions. This rigour is the standard families are trusting us to maintain.
Field review
A trained SOUND volunteer visits your practice space or connects via video call. They assess sensory safety, communication approach, and inclusive environment using our structured checklist. This is an administrative review — not a clinical evaluation.
Our verification takes 3–4 weeks — because we cross-reference every credential against public statutory registries, not just self-reported data. Every specialist families find through SOUND has passed this check. That's the standard they are trusting.
